I’m sharing all my fun favorite things from the month of June!

June2016Faves Hey guys, hey! How is your Summer going?

Ours is actually flying by. Well…most days. Except for the days when Lucy won’t nap. Those don’t fly by at all.

What have you been watching on TV lately? Of course, I am all over Big Brother this season, but I’m doing some major Netflix damage, as well. I just finished season 2 of Bloodline and OMG. I literally screamed out loud during the last episode!! My friend Shelly said she heard that Bloodline wasn’t so great this season and I was like, “WHAT?!?!? IT’S SO GOOD!!”

I am also watching Broadchurch on Netflix, which is SO good and creepy and British. My husband and I are watching Boardwalk Empire on HBO Go and loving it, as well. Steve Buscemi is hard to look away from, isn’t he?

I am dying DYING to watch the second season of Fargo, but it isn’t streaming ANYWHERE!! I’ve Googled the heck out of it and can’t find any info on when it will be available either. Annoying.

Another friend told me that I need to check out the show Luther on Netflix — have any of you watched it? She said she majorly binged on it and LOVED it!!

Surprisingly enough, I am doing more than just watching television this Summer! I’ve managed to do a bit of traveling, a bit of baking, and a bit of online shopping :)

Here are my favorite things from last month:

1. Anastasia Modern Renaissance Eye Shadow Palette

Oh this palette! Those pinks are SO gorgeous! I hadn’t bought a new palette in quite some time, but this one was impossible to resist. The earthy tans and berry pinks really stand out and combine beautifully!

2. Tarte GRAV3YARDGIRL Swamp Queen Eye and Cheek Palette

I cashed in my Ulta points to scoop up one of these before they sold out — it’s SO pretty! The pigmentation of the colors is not as good as the Anastasia palette, but the colors are beautiful, particularly the cheek and highlight colors. I wear the purples often as well — this is a fabulous “everyday look” palette!

3. Chacos Updraft Ecotread

Chacos are extremely popular in my neck of the woods, and I’ve resisted them for a couple of years because they aren’t my style. However — I finally decided to try them before a recent vacation where I’d be doing a lot of walking, and fell in love. OH. MY. GOSH. Worth every penny!! I have flat feet and normally wake up to foot pain that has settled in overnight, particularly when traveling. It took a few days of walking all day long to realize that I wasn’t experiencing ANY foot pain at all! I couldn’t believe it!

I normally LOVE lightweight shoes and these feel pretty heavy — don’t let that deter you. Try a pair on if you can and really walk around in them. They’re my new favorite and I wear them almost daily.

4. Hi-Chew

I am addicted to these darn things. Sometimes I have to hide them from myself. Green apple is my favorite!

5. Giant Inflatable Swan Float

After seeing Swifty use one of these, I HAD to buy one when I saw it on Amazon! We all have SO much fun with it — it’s HUGE! I can lay on it, or several kids can sit on it together. Guests always flip when they see it in the pool!

6. Missa Time Revolution Night Repair

I have been trying all kinds of K-Beauty products lately (I’ll do a post soon!) and I LOVE this serum. It has actually replaced by beloved Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum (which I’ve used for YEARS) for about half the cost.

What have you been watching, wearing, loving lately? I wanna hear!
